Terms and Conditions:

Applications are for a contracted membership with Shaw Hill Golf and Country Club. By applying, you agree to abide by the club's rules and bylaws, including payment of all entry fees and subscriptions when due. The proprietor reserves the right to refuse membership without explanation.

A one-time admin fee of £30.00 applies to direct debit payments. Direct debit memberships will automatically renew after the initial 12-month subscription period.Any failed direct debits must be paid at the leisure reception desk. Repeated disruptions to your direct debit may require payment in full.

Outstanding amounts should be settled promptly to avoid additional charges and potential suspension of membership.

Proof of eligibility is required to qualify for any discounted rates.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations must be made in writing to
joanne@shaw-hill.co.uk, with three full calendar months' notice.

Additional Information:

Photographs are required when registering for membership. Proof of eligibility may be requested. Opening times are subject to change depending on business needs. Rates and hours of operation may change without notice.
